Petitioner happens to be defaulter and on account thereof, his bail bond was cancelled on 20.11.2007. He happens to be under custody since 24.02.2014.
Accordingly, petitioner Rajesh Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with one surety to the satisfaction of Shri S. D. Bharti, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran in connection with Trial No.195 of 2014 arising out of Excise Case No.122 of 2006.
Before furnishing bail bond, the petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand). In case, there happens to be default for a single date, then in that event, the aforesaid amount will be forfeited, otherwise after conclusion of
