The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 62/2013 pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, for the offences under Sections 364A, 341, 346/34 of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to surrender before the court below within fortnight and seek regular bail where the prayer may be considered on its own merit preferably on the same day.
Accordingly, this application stands disposed of as
withdrawn.
