Both the petitioners, who apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, are named accused in this case arising out of some land dispute wherein specific accusation of shooting at the informant and inflicting injuries but against the non-petitioners namely, Santosh Tiwary and Ramjeet Chaudhary and there is noting specific against these petitioners. Submission is of false implication and there is case and counter case between the parties and in the counter case two persons have been killed. Further none of these two carries any criminal antecedent. If it is so , considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioners abovenamed be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like
