3 23-06-2014 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 401, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, is one of the named accused in this case with allegation of retaining a bike with him in spite of knowing that it is stolen one.
Submission is of false implication without any sum
and substance. Further he carries no criminal antecedent.
If it is so , considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioner abovenamed be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul at Benipur in Darbhanga in connection with Biraul P.S. Case
