The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1423 of 2013 arising out of Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 191 of 2013 registered under Sections 323, 324, 326 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that Chintu Kumar Rai, son of the petitioner, caught hold the hand of Raj Kumar Rai, uncle of informant and on the order of this petitioner, his other son, Pintu Kumar, gave knife blow at the left side of the chest of Raj Kumar Rai, who later on, died on reaching the hospital.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased, Raj Kumar Rai rather he is said to be the order giver and the assailant of the deceased is Pintu Kumar. It is also submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as he is the father of other co-

accused. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 31.07.2013.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1423 of 2013 arising out of Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 191 of 2013.
