Petitioners are accused in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 165 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 380, 448, 427 and 504 of the I.P.C. and 3(1)(x) of S.C. & S.T. Act and 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that petitioner and others reached at the house of the informant Jatan Ram and started threw the house hold articles and at that time, petitioner no.2 Alamgir gave farsa blow at the head of the informant Jitan Ram and petitioner no.1 Ahmad Sheikh caused injury through lathi at the head of Ajay Ram, who rushed to save him.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is no repetition of blow to the informant and Ajay Ram. The injuries as found on the head of the

informant Jatan Ram and Ajay Ram are simple in nature. It is further submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 07.12.2013 and 30.10.2013 respectively.

Under the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 165 of 2013.
