Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that while the petitioner and Balram Kumar were apprehended on suspicion of making attempt to commit rape of the informant but the informant/victim in her statement stated about making the attempt to commit rape by one Bhim @ Sujeet Kumar and she did not disclose the name of others. It is also submitted that petitioner is a resident of nearby the P.O., due to that reason, he has falsely been implicated in this case. While the petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2013, but he has not been put on T.I.P. for identification by

Under the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Barh in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 206 of 2013.
