Petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 118 of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
All the petitioners are named in the F.I.R. I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
