The sole petitioner, who is husband of sister of complainant in Complaint Case No. 312-C of 2013 (Tr. No. 866 of 2013) registered for the offence under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is the husband of sister of complainant and there is material in the complaint petition itself, I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail.
