On account of recovery of loaded firearm from the possession of petitioner, instant case has been registered on the fardbeyan of Officer-incharge, Shikarpur.
It has been contended on behalf of petitioner that he happens to be under custody since 24.10.2012 having no criminal antecedent. Also submitted that charge sheet had already been submitted.
On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer on the ground of recovery of loaded firearm.
Taking into account the period of detention in consonance with absence of criminal antecedent, petitioner Ashok Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 360 of 2012.
