Informant became victimized of robbery during course of which cash, mobile phone, motorcycle was taken away by the miscreants.
Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that absolutely there happens to be no legal evidence against him because of the fact that his apprehension based upon extra judicial confessional statement of co-accused nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. He has not been put on T.I. parade. He happens to be put under custody since 10.07.2012. Also submitted that co-accused Sanoj Kumar had already been granted bail vide order dated 14.12.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No.46985 of 2012.
On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer.
