The accusation is of assaulting the husband of the informant with fists, slaps and bricks by the petitioner and one Chandan Kumar. The accusation of assaulting the husband of the informant is also against Om Prakash and Uday Rai who have been granted regular bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 37534 of 2012 and 48084 of 2012. This Court sees no reason for the learned court below not to consider to give the same privilege to the petitioner if she surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of
