Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
counsel for the State.

Through this modification petition, learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that there was a typographical error in his petition which was filed and numbered as Cr. Misc. No. 42609 of 2013, that petition was disposed of on 21.11.2013 but in that petition the petitioner’s father’s name has been wrongly typed as Shambhu Rishi instead of Ramu Rishi.

The typographical error is corrected through instant order and it shall be deemed that the order dated 21.11.2013, whereby the petitioner was granted bail to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 127 of 2013, shall be deemed to have been passed in connection with petitioner Munna Rishi, son of Ramu
