This petition has come for modification for clerical/typographical error in order no. 2, dated 12.11.2013, whereby the petitioners were granted bail. The error pointed out is that residential of the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 was typed as “Hasanpur Jitwarpur, Hajijan Tola, P.S. – Mufassil, District – Samastipur” and name of father of petitioner no. 3 was typed as „Ranjan Paswan‟.
The order no. 2, dated 12.11.2013 is modified to the extent that residential of the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 should be read as “Hasanpur Jitwarpur Harijan Tola, P.S.-Mufassil, District – Samastipur” and name of the father of petitioner no. 3 should be
