The petitioner’s prayer for bail was rejected on 18.07.2013, considering that he is accused of the case registered under Sections 363, 364, 379/34 of the IPC in which it has been alleged that he has raped the informant’s daughter. But the victim was recovered and she in her statement has stated that how she was raped by the petitioner. Chargesheet has been submitted under
Sections 366A, 376 and 406/34 of the IPC.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he has raped a
minor girl, considering this his prayer for bail was rejected. There
