the Area Education Officer, Buxar [Annexure-5] authorizing payment of salary etc., to the three teachers in question as a result of the proceeding pursuant to the order dated 14.07.2009 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 3395 of 2007. A further representation of the concerned teachers dated 9.10.2012 an endorsement by the District Programme Officer is shown to have been made on 13.10.2012 [Annexure-6] for preparing the pay bills of the teachers. It is further stated that all the three teachers have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 1627 of 2013.
