2. This petition for anticipatory bail has been filed on behalf of the petitioner who apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 498-A, 504 and 494 of the I.P.C.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner was married to the opposite party no.2 in 1996 and the child was also born from the wedlock. The allegation in the complaint does not even whisper about the dowry demand rather it is stated that the family members of the complainant’s husband were annoyed as she has not given birth to a male child. It is also stated that according to the certificate given by the Mukhiya, the complainant had performed her second marriage with one Balram Paswan.
