2. This petition for anticipatory bail has been filed on behalf of the petitioners who apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 447, 323, 384, 354 and 504/34 of the I.P.C.
3. The allegation is with regard to assault committed by the accused persons on the informant when he was cultivating his field on the grounds that the land belongs to the accused persons. The allegations are also made with regard to demand of two lacs rupees and misbehavior with the informant’s wife.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have been falsely implicated as matter in fact relates only to the land dispute between the parties. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused Vijay Yadav has already been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 43809 of 2012.

5. Considering the above facts, in the event of
arrest or surrender before the court below within 12 weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 122/2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
