The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 192 of 2012, registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 18A, 18B and 18C of Drugs and Cosmetics Act
There is allegation that petitioner was carrying medicine which is physician sample not to be sold in market.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 05. 10. 2012.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case
No. 192 of 2012.
