	`informant and the State.`
	`The petitioner being the brother of the`
	`husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in`
	`a case registered for the offences punishable under`
	`Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.`
	`The accusations are of killing the sister of`
	`the informant after four years of marriage and`
	`disposing off the dead body.`
	`It is submitted by learned counsel for the`
	`petitioner that accusation is not specific and`
	`entire in-laws family have been involved when there`
	`is no eye witness to the occurrence whereas it is`
	`submitted by learned counsel for the informant that`
	`dead body could not have been disposed off with`
	`assistance of the family members including the` `petitioner.`

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the
event of arrest or surrender before the learned
court below within a period of twelve weeks from
today in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.
178 of 2012 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-
(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
Vaishali at Hajipur, subject to the conditions as
laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of
Criminal Procedure.
