The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner did not supply information under The R.T.I. Act to one Rajesh Kumar within stipulated time. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for non-supply of information under The R.T.I. Act, there is stipulated procedure when no offence is made out as alleged. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No. 38 of 2012 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten
