The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of taking Rs. 1,50,000/- for providing employment to the son of the informant in gulf country.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation of giving money is against Hasib Khan (nonpetitioner) and it is only alleged against the petitioner that he is one of the accomplice of Hasib Khan.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at
