2 06-03-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.
The petitioners being the parents and brother of the late
husband of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case
registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379 and
498A of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that after four years of the marriage, the
informant’s husband died when the GPF was withdrawn by the
petitioners and LIC papers were being not handed over to the
informant.
The petitioners undertake to return the amount if any if
it is withdrawn and still lying with the petitioners and if the money
has already been deposited in the account as claimed by the
petitioners then they will file an appropriate application of giving
no objection if it is withdrawn by the informant and they will also
return the LIC papers within a period of four weeks.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 190 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
