The petitioner is apprehending arrest in Alauli P.S. Case No. 217 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria.
The son-in-law of the informant was killed by the accused persons when the informant saw Thithar Yadav and Daso Yadav fleeing away after committing offence. The petitioner was said to be accomplice of the main accused.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant did not see this petitioner causing injury to the victim when only one firearm injury has been found.
Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the regular bail of the petitioner if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks.
