The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 201/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code on the ground that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 24.01.2008 but thrice earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 36420 of 2008, 33978 of 2009 and 4787 of 2012 on the ground that the kidnapped boy was recovered on confession of this petitioner. The report of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-XIV, Patna, dated 22.01.2013 reflects that the matter is under argument and the trial is expected to be concluded within three months.
This Court is not inclined to interfere.
