JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 05-03-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant. In the FIR one Laddu alias Gyasuddin was named. Subsequently, name of the petitioner surfaced as the lady who offered tea which made the victim intoxicated.
It is submitted that from 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim it appears that the victim married with Abdul Rahman and stayed with him for several months and other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No.21916 of 2012.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve
