3 17-04-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is a petition for regular bail for the offence under sections 341,323,325 and 504/34 of I.P.C. and subsequently section 302 of I.P.C. was added.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It is alleged that some altercation took place between the parties and due quarrel the deceased died after three days in P.M.C.H. but post mortem examination of the dead body was done in Sadar Hospital Biharsharif, Nalanda. Apart from this the petitioner is involved in another criminal cases.
Hence, regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like
