Earlier by order dated 05. 03. 2013, on the submission that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, he has been granted bail subject to condition that one of the bailors shall be near relative of the petitioner who will file affidavit to the effect that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent which fact should be verified by the learned court below and thereafter the petitioner be released on bail.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence and misconception it has not been mentioned that except this case two more cases pending against the petitioner. Out
