3 16-04-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, informant and the
State.
This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under
Sections 147, 447, 341, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
Subsequently Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has also been added.
There is case and counter case. There is general and omnibus
allegation of assault against the petitioners and no specific role has been
attributed against them and the deceased has received only one injury.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,
the petitioners above named are ordered to be released on bail on
furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two
sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2 nd
Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani in connection with Sessions Trial
No. 525 of 2012 arising out of Laukahi P. S. Case No. 18 of 2012,
subject to the condition that the petitioners shall appear in the case on
each and every date fixed by the court below and any absence of the
petitioners shall be subject to the satisfaction of the court below on
reasonable grounds.
