The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1050 of 2012 (arising out of Digha P.S. Case No. 67 of 2011), registered under Sections 372/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that on 07. 05. 2011, Putu Singh, Shani Kumar and 3-4 unknown persons had abused the deceased and threatened to kill him.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no material against the petitioner except confessional statement of the petitioner itself before the police.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
