This is a petition for quashing the order dated 06.08.2011 passed in Case No. 2587C of 2010 (Complaint Case No. 2587-C/ of 2010) by Sri R. R. Raman, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai, by which he has been passed order for issuance of summons against the petitioner and others for offence under Sections 341, 323 and 379 of the Indian Penal code.
There is specific allegation that all the accused persons came and demanded Rs. 25,000/- from the complainant and snatched Rs. 10,000/- from the complainant.
After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this case.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, this case is dismissed as withdrawn.
