2 21-01-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for
the State.
This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under
Sections 302, 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no eye-
witness to the occurrence and case hinges on circumstantial evidence
and it is a case at best of last seen.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,
the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on
furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of
the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Azam Nagar P. S. Case No. 148
of 2011.
