The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Hajipur Sadar Industrial P.S. Case No. 50 of 2012 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioner. However, F.I.R. has been lodged after death of the deceased. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Sadar Industrial P.S.Case No. 50 of 2012.
