The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 136 of 2011 registered under Sections 307/34 and 504 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. There is general and omnibus allegation that Keshav Singh, Raman Singh and Sonu Singh and four unknown persons came armed with country made pistol and all of them fired on the father of the informant. However, injury found on the person of Rameshwar Singh shows one circular wound and lacerated margin and charring wound size 1” bone deep and one lacerated wound over out border of left Axile of size 3/4" x 1/2" muscle deep. However, opinion reserved. Injury found on the person of Raj Kumar Singh shows one lacerated wound charred margin over size 1/2" bone deep.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner

is in jail custody since 02. 11. 2011. However in para 88 of the case diary there is specific mentioned that petitioner fired on the father of the informant. However, charge sheet has already been submitted.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 136 of 2011, subject to condition that petitioner will appear on each and every date fixed in this case and any absence of the petitioner shall be subject to satisfaction of the court below on reasonable ground.
