This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The First Information Report is against unknown. The only material against the petitioner is that the stolen mobile set of the informant has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged mobile set has not been put on Test Identification Parade and the petitioner is in jail custody since 07.08.2012 and he has no criminal antecedent.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Shashtrinagar P. S. Case No. 182 of 2012.
