The petitioners have been arrested in connection Atari P.S. Case No. 83 of 2006, registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of Indian Penal Code.
There is general and omnibus allegation of demand and subjecting cruelty against these petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that husband of the deceased has already been in jail custody and petitioners are Dewar and mother-in-law of the deceased.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Atari P.S. Case No. 83 of 2006.
