The petitioner has been arrested in connection with S. Tr. No. 902 of 2012 arising out of Malsalami P.S. Case No. 35 of 2012, registered under Sections 363 (A) and 302 of Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that this petitioner has kidnapped the daughter of the informant and murdered her.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. is against unknown. It is further submitted that in para 7 and 9 of the case diary name of the petitioner has come on the basis of mobile number which is said to be the petitioner, but it is not mentioned by whom witness learnt that this mobile number is of petitioner. It is further submitted that T.I. Parade of the said accused has not been conducted to confirm the identification of the said person.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on

furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Patna City, in connection with S., Tr. No. 902 of 2012 arising out of Malsalami P.S. Case No. 35 of 2012, subject to condition that petitioner will appear on each and every date fixed in this case and one of the bailors shall be father or sister of the petitioner.
