Petitioner is in custody since 26.6.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was apprehended in the motor Garage of one Upendra Bind. According to him, it is not the case of the prosecution that Garage belongs to this petitioner. He submits that the petitioner was there for the purpose of repair of the motor cycle and was apprehended merely on the ground that the petitioner did not produce any paper with regard to the said motorcycle. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
In view of the above, let petitioner Pramod Singh be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten
