It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that victim has married with one Ram Udesh Yadav and she sworn affidavit to that effect when petitioner has only been implicated on suspicion since she is agnate of the informant.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 81 of 2012.
