2 06-09-2013 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
petitioners have been arrested, hence, the prayer has been made to
withdraw the application.
Accordingly the same is permitted to be withdrawn in
connection with RPF Narkatiyaganj Case no. 1 of 2013 pending in
the court of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West
Champaran.
