It is alleged that the petitioner collected Rs. 1,000/- each from fifteen villagers for fixing the electric polls and getting the electricity supplied to the villagers.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is neither the contractor nor there is any proof with regard to money being received by the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 11 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
