JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 04-09-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant was supplier of SSB camp, Araria when the petitioner was working under him when he withdrew Rs. 6.5 lacs but failed to give the account of expenditure. It is further alleged that the petitioner dishonestly collected money from different persons in the name of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the wages dispute, the wife of the petitioner filed a complaint against the informant on 31.10.2012 which came to registered as a police case on 04.12.2012 when the present case was lodged on 12.12.2012.

lodged by the wife of the petitioner at earlier point of time, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 467 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
