The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,324,379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of assaulting with farsa and rod to Md.

Neyaz Khan when petitioner no. 3 snatched rupees seven thousand from the pocket of the informant.

It is submitted that only one lacerated injury simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance has been found. It is further submitted that at earlier point of time a case had been filed by the petitioners’ side against the informant side.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or
