Earlier the petitioner was ordered to be enlarged on bail
on 8 th March, 2013 in Cr. Misc. No. 49870 of 2012 apart from
others on the ground that the parties have entered into
compromise. Consequently, conditions were imposed in support of
compromise and consequences and subsequently prayer to modify
the condition was also dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated
19 th June, 2013 in Cr. Misc. No. 21528 of 2013.
Submission is of false implication and institution of
counter version added with the injuries sustained by the Informant
being simple in nature and almost on non vital parts coupled with
substantial detention for about ten months. Further he carries no
criminal antecedent.
If that be so, the petitioner above named shall be
released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Ten
