Petitioner was earlier ordered to be released on bail on 1st March, 2013 in Cr. Misc. No. 48000 of 2012 apart from others on the submissions that he carries only two criminal cases against him, i.e. Mashrakh P.S. Case Nos. 33 and 34 of 2011, but in fact he carrying four more cases, such as, Mashrakh P.S. Case Nos. 5 of 2011, 179 of 2012, 119 of 2002 and 191 of 2002. Out of above four cases he has been acquitted in one case i.e. Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 119 of 2002 and in all such cases pending against him, he is on bail except present one.
If that be so, on the conditions already imposed in the earlier order excluding the condition having only two criminal antecedents, the petitioner above named shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Saran

at Chapra in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 66 of 2011, subject to condition to remain physically present before the court below on each and every date till disposal of the case and in case of failure on two consecutive dates without giving any reasonable explanation, the privilege granted shall be deemed to be cancelled.
