3 19-08-2013 None turned up on behalf of the State. No counter affidavit has been filed despite seeking adjournment on 29^th April, 2013 for doing so. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. This is an application seeking direction against the respondents to execute the process issued against the absconding accused Brajesh Kumar in Sessions Trial No. 150 of 2012. Trial of remaining accused has been separated from the original Sessions Trial No. 42 of 2011/260 of 2011 arising out of Arwal P.S. Case No. 63 of 2008.

It is pointed out that the trial court, i.e. 2^nd Additional Sessions Judge, Jehanabad has ultimately issued processes against the absconding accused under section 82, 83

Cr.P.C. since other steps taken proved in vain.
