The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448,323,324,427,307,435,379,337 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of making assault.

It is submitted that there is counter version of the occurrence also and the injury of the informant side is simple when the injury of the petitioners’ side is grievous and others have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 22537 of 2013.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Banka in connection with Banka (Panjwara) P.S. Case No. 17 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
