The petitioner, being the husband of the complainant, is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of torture due to non-fulfillment of dowry demands. It is submitted by the Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant a wife with full dignity and honour and it was also the stand of the petitioner before the learned Court below when the complainant refused to reconcile the issue, which gets reflected from the impugned order of the learned Court below.
