The petitioner being the Bank Manager is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the First Information Report that one Jai Mangal Singh by mortgaging the land of the informant took loan of Rs.30,000/-. The name of the petitioner transpired during investigation as the person who sanctioned the loan.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has sanctioned the loan on the basis of documents supplied by Jai Mangal Singh and after verification of the same.

Jai Mangal Singh, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 155 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
