The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 427/34, 435, 448 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner and one other co-accused sprinkled kerosene oil on the sitting place of the informant when Sitaram Mahto lit fire. It is submitted that accusation of litting of fire is not against this petitioner when a statement has been made in paragraph no. 4 of the supplementary affidavit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the
event of arrest or surrender before the learned
court below within a period of twelve weeks from

conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the
Code of Criminal Procedure.
